I’m Laryssa the owner of Maxx Beauty Lounge. I am a wife & mother of 2 kids.

I started my working career in the cosmetic industry, selling cosmetics & skin care, right after high school. I have continued to work part time over the past 22 years selling cosmetics as well as for 8 years as a Pharmacy Technician & then 10 years as a Medical Office Administrator.

After I had my son Maxwell, I wanted to be able to work from home as well as still staying true to my passion of helping women feel beautiful & better about themselves. So I went to school for Gel Nails /Mani Pedi in 2018. In May 2019 I was certified in Lash Lifting & Tinting.

In June 2019 I was very excited to join the Bliss team in Okotoks, AB where I offer specifically Lash Lifting, Tinting & Brow Tinting. Bliss is a team of women & mother entrepreneurs all running our independent businesses out of the most beautiful space. In December 2019 I added my most favourite service yet, Keratin Lash Infusion! In Nov of 2020 I became a certified trainer for Keratin Lash Infusion.  In Sept 2022 I’m am thrilled to join the Infusion Pro System team of Canadian trainers! As of January 2024 I am exclusively working from my South Calgary Studio.

As the beauty industry is always changing, I am continuing to look for new additions to my services menu but always staying true to my passion which is to enhance your own natural beauty.
